Before I Fall Movie Review

This is my first movie blog post.

I saw this from Redbox in July'17. I'm not into creepy movies and I always saw advertisement trailers for this movie and I thought I would never see it. Obviously, I did. So many movie critics complained that the theming was similar to other movies.I don't care,I still liked it. Moral of the movie, "what you do today matters". If the main theme of this movie could actually happen in real life, we'd have a lot more nice people. I also saw one review where the critic was like "this isn't how high school is" and I was like "what high school did you go to"? Now,I'll tell you the plot. So, Sam[the main character], was at a party with her friends and a "loser" from their school shows up at the party seemingly uninvited. Sam's friends get into a fight with the "loser"[Juliet], because Sam tries to be nice to her.Sam's friends also do this everyday during lunch time.When they leave the party, they kill Juliet and everybody in the car as it appears but, they aren't aware of it. Sam keeps reliving the moment at first, unknowingly and eventually, she gets angry at everybody in her life. One night, she's reliving the party and has a bad time with her boyfriend, so, she leaves and finds one of her guy friends[Kent]. He lets her hang out with him because she would always comfort him in 3rd grade. The next day, she skips school and spends time with her sister because she didn't hang out with her much either.The party occurs again and she kisses Kent. She finds out one of her friends is having a fight with Juliet and relives the experience with the car crash and figures out what happens. She decides to fix this by deciding she can be kind . During school, she sends roses to Kent and Juliet.She breaks up with her boyfriend. She tells Kent at the party that she loves him and kisses him. Sam tries to save Juliet but then, Juliet tries to run into traffic again,and Sam pushes her out of the way and gets killed by a truck. Juliet sobs to Sam that she saved her but Sam replies that Juliet saved her.
